Shipping Policy

  1. General Information
    1. All orders are subject to product availability. 
    2. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

    1. We ship domestically and internationally. 
  3. Shipping Costs
    1. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
    2. Regular shipping to the UK is free of charge.
    3. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. 
    4. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. 
    5. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
  4.  Delivery Times
    1. Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 6 days.
    2. Transit Time Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 6 - 14 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier.
    3.  Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
    4. Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
    5. 4.7 Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
    6. Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
  5. Parcels Damaged In Transit
    1. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
  6. Duties & Taxes
    1. Sales Tax/VAT: Sales tax/VAT has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
    2. Import Duties & Taxe: Import duties and taxes for international shipments (outside of the UK) may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
    3. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
  7. Cancellations
    1. If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
    2. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
  8. Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
    1. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
  9. Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit
    1. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
  10. Returns
    1. General Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
    2. 10.2 Return Process: To return your product, please email us at contact@aspira-breath.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
  11. Refunds
    1. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. 
    2. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. 
    3. Aspira Breath will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
  12. Warranty Returns
    1. We will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. 
    2. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Aspira Breath to process your warranty claim within 7 days. 
    3. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of a refund to your payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

    2. We will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, which may include a refund, store credit, or a replacement item.
